The Knights of Columbus is a lay family fraternal organization.
Membership is open to all practical Catholic men, age
18 and older. The term practical Catholic implies that
a person embraces the precepts and tenents of the Catholic
Church. The Council at Saint Gabriel's Church was established
on January 21, 1968 and named after Charles Francis
Buddy, the first Bishop for the Diocese of San Diego.
